This Billing Policy (“Policy”) applies to all transactions on the RayNa Scalp Care University website provided by The Head Spa Studio, LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a course, purchasing products, or utilizing services on our Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal as primary payment methods.
- For eligible users, we also offer PayPal’s “Pay Later” option, which allows for installment payments in accordance with PayPal’s terms and conditions.
2. Billing Cycle
- All fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified, such as when using PayPal’s “Pay Later” option.
- Upon completion of payment, an email receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
3. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Sales tax will be applied to purchases as required by law based on the user’s location.
4. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any course fees, products, or services purchased on our Site.
- Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, online courses, and the Scalp Care Kit are non-refundable once the order is processed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Courses: Course enrollments cannot be canceled or rescheduled. You may complete the course at your convenience within the specified access period.
- Live Events or Appointments: Cancellations for live events or appointments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
6. Payment Plans
- For courses that offer installment options (e.g., PayPal’s “Pay Later”), you agree to pay each installment on time per the installment schedule.
- Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the course or services.
- Reinstatement Fees: A reinstatement fee may apply if your access is revoked due to late or missed payments, and you wish to restore access.
7. Late Payment and Default
- Late Fees: A late fee may be assessed if payments are not received by the due date, as specified in the installment or “Pay Later” plan.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and courses if your payment becomes overdue.
- Collections: If your account is sent to collections, you may be responsible for additional fees, including collection and legal fees.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and its content.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have questions or concerns regarding a charge, please contact our billing department immediately. We aim to resolve any issues promptly.
